The Company STATUTORY s.r.o. is represented by Legal Executive and Managing Director, Mr. Rostislav Jirkal, MSc.
Mr. Jirkal has been 30+ years C-level, seasoned executive with a business experience in family businesses and a global corporation.
Over 25 years, as co-owner and CEO, he has developed CZK 1 billion valued ICT company Servodata, successfully leading a complete the life cycle of the enterprise, including a profitable exit. In addition to his general management skills, his core professional knowledge is related to cyber security, business development, geographical expansion and management consulting.
From the beginning of the Servodata’s presence on the market to a final monetization of the Company value for owners and a new shareholder, Mr. Jirkal created, initiated, managed and put his hands on each milestone as well as day-to-day business of the successful journey of his ICT family business Company. The key steps started with a definition of the vision and strategy, followed by building a structure, building a team, creating a viable concept of a repeatable business model, accelerating a commercial growth with a development of strong partnerships with customers and with acquisitions of other companies.
Through expertise and partnership groups, Mr. Jirkal has intensively cooperated with global corporations such as ICT Seagate, Toshiba DPD, EMC, Data General, Compaq or IBM and managed relations with members of the boards, senior managers, experts and with investors as well. Moreover, he has also set-up the company for a technical education and has also educated the market to benefit on paid versions of IT open-source tools.
During the exit phase, Mr. Jirkal has learned all aspects of negotiations – from all stages of the whole process to a full understanding of financial terms and to a detailed control and evaluation of each word in the contract.
Moreover; thanks to an open and innovative culture, encouraging all employees to show off their skills and abilities for a further development, Servodata has been well-known as the talent incubator for multinational companies.
The assignment of Mr. Jirkal at PwC Czech Republic was designed to Data Reporting, Process Mining, Cyber Security and SAP technology; e.g. management of license rights as well as robotization and virtual reality tools. He succeeded to initiate and develop several comprehensive projects for large corporations and to turnaround a strategic project.
Over his career, Mr. Jirkal has been several times awarded for his work, including 2015 CACIO Award, granted to Servodata by the Czech Association of Chief Information Officers for the best IT project.
